Let machines do the heavy lifting while you focus on growth.
Are you fascinated by how Google and AI search engines decide what people do and don’t get to see? Would you rather build a smart system than do a task ten times by hand? At JKC, you’ll work on improving the online visibility and growth of clients throughout the Netherlands, using automation and AI as your main tools.
You don’t need a background in marketing. A technical perspective is just as welcome. This isn’t a freelance position, nor is it intended to be combined with running your own business. We’re looking for someone who’s truly committed, wants to grow with JKC, and is willing to work full-time after completing the program if the fit is right.

- Understanding how Google's algorithms and AI search engines work, in order to ensure that our clients' websites and online stores are as easy to find as possible
- Optimizing for discoverability in both Google (SEO) and AI search results (GEO)
- Prompt engineering: Training AI models to produce useful and reliable results
- Automating marketing and business processes with tools like Cursor and AI models such as Claude, ChatGPT, and Gemini
- Continuously measure, test, and optimize based on data from Analytics, Search Console, and SE Ranking
- Engage customers in what you do by explaining technical topics in plain language
You’ll mostly set your own schedule, but you’ll need to be available during office hours so you can coordinate effectively with the team.

Who are we looking for?
Your background can be in business (Marketing Management, Business Economics, Business Administration) or in technology (Computer Science, Data Science, AI, or similar). What matters is your way of thinking. We’re looking for someone who:
- Is pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree, preferably in the final phase
- Thinks analytically, is curious, and enjoys figuring out how things work under the hood
- I get excited about AI, automation, and beating an algorithm
- Would rather build a system than repeat a task ten times
- Can clearly explain technical matters to customers without using technical jargon
- Works independently, takes deadlines seriously, and communicates proactively
- Is available for at least 12 hours per week, some of which must be during business hours.
Have you built or automated anything you're proud of? Send it in. Nothing speaks louder than what you've already created.
