Will my data be shared between the European and U.S. entities?

Our systems are configured so that our U.S. affiliate, JKC Media LLC, has access only to projects within the U.S. market, and our European entity, JKC Media BV, has access only to projects within the European market. Data is not shared between the two entities unless explicit consent has been given. We operate in full compliance with the standards of the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework and remain GDPR-compliant at all times.
